Oct. 28th, 2012 17:27Proposed change to US Constitution: Functional constituencies based on political leanings. To start, one Senator each would represent conservatives, liberals, and moderates. Any other political label which gains ten percent or more of registered voters would also be represented.

But after a few elections, you might have the Constitution Party outpolling the Republicans among conservatives and the Greens outpolling the Democratic Party among liberals.
