Jul. 10th, 2010

Friday July 9, 2010 My large backpack had been repaired. I headed out to Thrifty Outfitters at Midwest Mountaineering to pick it up.

On my way to the bus stop, I was attacked by a yard sale. Spent a horrendous $1.50.

I'd bought the backpack at a yard sale for $5; the repairs were $12. A new pack the same size would probably cost between $200 and $300.

From there to Steeple People thrift store, then across the street to the Wedge coop.
And then home.
